Every long-lived Age of Empires room eventually becomes more than a place to arrange games. It becomes weather. People drift in after work, old rivals remember one another's favourite lies, and a single “1v1?” can quietly rearrange an evening.
The Wolo Chronicles are for that part of the war: the habits, friendships, grudges, local legends, replay archaeology, and extremely confident decisions made with twelve idle villagers. These are not patch notes. They are the record of a civilization that still hears the town-centre bell in grocery-store checkout scanners.
Our first question is simple: when did AoE2 stop being a game you played and become a place you returned to? Bring a story. Perfect memory is not required; a suspiciously flattering version of events is traditional.
